These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Orum Training mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Axiom Fitness LLC (“Orum Training,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

 

By accessing or using Orum Training, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Orum Training.

 

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

 

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

• The information you provide is accurate and truthful

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

2. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

 

Orum Training provides fitness, wellness, exercise, nutrition, and calorie-related tools and information for general informational and educational purposes only.

 

Orum Training is not a medical provider and does not provide:

 

• Medical advice

• Medical diagnosis

• Medical treatment

• Physical therapy

• Emergency services

 

Any calorie estimates, workout recommendations, or fitness information provided through the Platform are estimates only and may not be accurate for every individual.

 

Users should consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program.

 

You acknowledge and agree that:

 

• Physical exercise carries inherent risks

• Participation in workouts or fitness activities is voluntary

• You assume all risks related to your participation

• You are solely responsible for your health decisions and physical condition

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orum Training disclaims liability for injuries, health complications, damages, or losses related to use of the Platform.

3. User Accounts

 

Users are responsible for:

 

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

• All activity occurring under their account

• Providing accurate account information

 

You may not:

 

• Impersonate another person

• Share accounts

• Create fraudulent accounts

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes

 

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or harmful activity.

4. User Content

 

Users may upload and share content including:

 

• Posts

• Comments

• Photos

• Videos

• Workout programs

• Messages

• Profile content

 

You retain ownership of content you create and upload.

 

However, by uploading content to the Platform, you grant Orum Training a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

 

• Host

• Store

• Display

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Modify formatting for technical purposes

 

solely in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

 

You are solely responsible for content you upload or share.

5. Prohibited Conduct

 

Users may not:

 

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others

• Upload pornography or sexually explicit content

• Promote violence or illegal activity

• Post dangerous or misleading fitness advice

• Upload copyrighted content without authorization

• Spam or scam users

• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform

• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without permission

• Sell unauthorized products or services

 

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

6. Marketplace & Coaching Services

 

Orum Training may allow users to sell workout programs and coaching-related services through the Platform.

 

Orum Training:

 

• Is not a party to agreements between users

• Does not guarantee seller quality, accuracy, results, or performance

• Is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers

 

Orum Training may collect commissions or fees from marketplace transactions.

 

We reserve the right to remove listings, restrict sellers, issue refunds, or suspend marketplace access at our discretion.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

 

Payments may be processed through:

 

• ⁠Apple App Store

• ⁠Google Play

• ⁠Stripe

 

Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be subject to the policies of those third-party providers.

 

You are responsible for reviewing applicable payment terms before making purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

 

The Platform, including its software, branding, logos, design, graphics, and proprietary content, is owned by Axiom Fitness LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

 

You may not:

 

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Reverse engineer

• Sell

• Redistribute

• Exploit

 

any portion of the Platform without written permission.

9. Content Moderation

 

Orum Training reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

 

• Review user content

• Remove content

• Restrict visibility

• Suspend accounts

• Ban users

 

for violations of these Terms, community guidelines, legal requirements, or platform safety concerns.

 

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion.

10. Privacy

 

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

We do not guarantee:

 

• Continuous availability

• Accuracy of information

• Uninterrupted service

• Error-free functionality

• Specific fitness or health outcomes

 

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Fitness LLC and Orum Training shall not be liable for:

 

• Injuries

• Health complications

• Lost profits

• Lost data

• Marketplace disputes

• User conduct

• Service interruptions

• Indirect or consequential damages

 

arising from use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axiom Fitness LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

 

• Your use of the Platform

• Your content

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of laws or third-party rights

14. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct.

15. Changes to Terms

 

We may modify these Terms periodically.

 

Updated versions will be posted within the Platform or website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

 

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
